Eligibility at a glance
Applicants must be Indian citizens, must be 20 to 28 years old as on 1 April 2025, and must hold a recognised graduation qualification by 31 December 2025.
Age limit
For the unrelaxed age band, date of birth must fall from 2 April 1997 to 1 April 2005, inclusive.

Educational qualification
Graduation
A graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government.
Final-year / final-semester candidates
They may apply provisionally, but if selected they must produce proof of having passed graduation on or before 31 December 2025.
Integrated Dual Degree
The passing date on the IDD certificate must be on or before 31 December 2025.
Eligible matriculate Ex-servicemen
The advertisement also recognises the specified Army, Navy or Air Force education certificates for qualifying Ex-servicemen who completed at least 15 years of service.
