RRB Paramedical Mock Test 2026

A free RRB Paramedical practice series for the three common subjects of the CBT: General Awareness, General Arithmetic with General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General Science, 10 questions each. Every RRB Paramedical online test here is free to attempt and scores instantly.

Read what this covers before you read a score from it. The CBT is 100 questions and Professional Ability is 70 of them, but RRB Paramedical recruits across roughly seven to nine distinct posts, from Staff Nurse to Pharmacist to Radiographer, each with its own professional syllabus. There is no single Professional Ability paper to build, so this site builds the 30 questions that are common to every post and says so rather than shipping one post's syllabus as if it fitted all of them. Those 30 still matter: at one third of a mark deducted against 1 earned, break-even is one in four, and they are the part you can prepare without knowing your post.

RRB Paramedical exam pattern

CBT

Official Recruitment of Paramedical Categories CEN 03/2025 pattern
Questions: 100
Marks: 100
Duration: 90 minutes

Professional Ability · General Awareness · General Arithmetic, General Intelligence and Reasoning · General Science. Negative marking: 0.333 per wrong answer. Single 90-minute timer for all sections combined (no sectional lock). This site provides sectional practice only for the three common subjects (30 of the 100 questions); Professional Ability is not covered..

Professional Ability (70 of the 100 questions) is not modeled here: RRB Paramedical covers roughly 7 to 9 distinct posts (Staff Nurse, Pharmacist, Laboratory Assistant, Radiographer, ECG Technician, and others), each with its own professional/technical syllabus, so there is no single common Professional Ability content that would be accurate for every candidate. This site only provides sectional practice for the three subjects common to every post: General Awareness, General Arithmetic and General Intelligence and Reasoning, and General Science (30 of the 100 questions). There is a single CBT for this recruitment: it directly decides shortlisting for Document Verification, limited to the number of notified vacancies. Minimum pass percentage: UR and EWS 40%, OBC 30%, SC 30%, ST 25%.

Frequently asked questions

How many RRB Paramedical mock tests are available here?

This page currently has 4 syllabus-checked tests for RRB Paramedical: 1 full-length mock, and 3 sectional tests.

Are these RRB Paramedical tests based on the official pattern?

Yes. Every checked RRB Paramedical test matches the official pattern's question count, marks, duration and negative marking, and the source document is linked with the date it was last read. For the paper, that is 100 questions for 100 marks in 90 minutes.

How long does a RRB Paramedical mock test take?

A full-length RRB Paramedical mock here runs 27 minutes, matching the official working time for the paper it reproduces. The timer starts when you begin and the test submits itself when time runs out, so it is worth starting one only when you can sit it through. The shorter tests on this page run from 9 minutes, for when you do not have a full sitting free.

Do these RRB Paramedical mock tests have negative marking?

Yes. Every RRB Paramedical test here deducts 0.333 marks for a wrong answer and scores an unanswered question zero, the same as the official scheme it is checked against. Your result breaks out what the deduction cost you, so you can see whether guessing helped or hurt.

Should I start with a full-length RRB Paramedical mock or a sectional test?

Start with a full-length mock if you have not sat the whole RRB Paramedical paper under its official timer before: it is the only thing here that tells you whether you can finish in time. Move to the 3 sectional tests once the full mock has shown you which section is costing you marks, and use them to rebuild that one section rather than re-sitting the whole paper each time.

Are these RRB Paramedical mock tests free?

Yes. All 4 RRB Paramedical tests on this page are free to attempt, with no account and no paid tier holding back better questions.
