PULEET 2026 is Panjab University’s lateral-entry route for Diploma and eligible D.Voc. candidates into the second year of a B.E. programme, distinct from a Class-12/JEE freshman engineering entrance. The current official 2026 prospectus directly confirms 100 four-option MCQs (General Engineering 60, split Basic Electrical Engineering/Basic Electronics/Programming Fundamentals/Fundamentals of Mechanical Engineering/Fundamentals of Civil Engineering/Fundamentals of Chemical Engineering 10 each; plus Physics 10, Chemistry 10, Mathematics 10, General Aptitude and Communication Skills 10) for 100 marks in 100 minutes, +1 per correct answer and -0.25 per wrong answer.
