Timing: Single unrestricted 150-minute timer with free navigation across all six sections; no subject locking or timing groups..
JAIN University’s own live B.Tech admissions pattern page controls this six-section structure and its 30/30/30/15/15/30 marks split, all questions mandatory, no negative marking. The official 2026 JET model paper confirms 150 questions numbered through 150 with four-option choices, but groups its last 30 sample questions under one broad "Logical Reasoning" heading; that sample grouping does not override the live admissions table’s separate Aptitude (15) and Logical Reasoning (15) split used here. Every correct answer earns 1 mark; there is no deduction for a wrong answer, and an unanswered question also scores zero.
