Timing: Single composite 60-minute timer for all four sections combined: no sectional lock, matching the official test's own no-sectional-time-limit rule.

The official IBSAT (conducted by ICFAI Business School) has 140 questions for 140 marks in 120 minutes, 1 mark for each correct answer and no negative marking, with no sectional time limit, across four sections: Verbal Ability (50Q), Reading Comprehension (30Q), Quantitative Aptitude (30Q), and Data Adequacy and Data Interpretation (30Q). This mock covers all four sections in the same proportion, scaled to half: 70 questions (25 Verbal Ability, 15 Reading Comprehension, 15 Quantitative Aptitude, 15 Data Adequacy and Data Interpretation), with the same single composite timer, no sectional lock, and the same +1/no-penalty marking scheme. All four sections are skill-based (vocabulary and grammar, passage-based comprehension, calculation, data logic), not fact-recall, so no section needed excluding for content-risk reasons.
