All India AYUSH Postgraduate Entrance Test 2026
AIAPGET is four papers, one per AYUSH system, and this page shows the Homoeopathy one. Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani candidates sit their own papers and will not find their syllabus here. Within Homoeopathy the paper is a single undivided section of 120 questions for 480 marks, bounded by the National Commission for Homoeopathy's graduate curriculum, so there is no section to sequence and no weaker area to leave until last. Pacing across the two hours is the only structural decision the format leaves you.

AIAPGET is the NTA-conducted entrance test for AYUSH postgraduate courses across Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani and Homoeopathy. This launch covers the Homoeopathy stream only, based on the National Commission for Homoeopathy's graduate curriculum boundary: 120 questions for 480 marks in 2 hours, +4 correct and -1 wrong. Ayurveda, Siddha and Unani streams, and NEET PG, are separate products and not part of this mock.

That works out to about 60 seconds per question on average, before any time spent reading instructions or revisiting marked answers. It is a single Homoeopathy paper.
AIAPGET Homoeopathy marking scheme
- Each correct answer is worth 4 marks.
- A wrong answer deducts 1 mark; an unattempted question scores zero.
- A guess therefore breaks even at 20% accuracy: above that it gains you marks on average, below it loses them. A blind guess between four options is right 25% of the time, which is already above that line, so an educated guess is worth making rather than leaving the question blank.
- Worked example: attempt 96 of the 120 questions and get 72 right and 24 wrong, and you score 264 out of 480.
