RBI Assistant Mock Test 2026

A free RBI Assistant mock test series covering both online stages. The RBI Assistant Prelims mock test is 100 questions in 60 minutes. The RBI Assistant Mains mock test is 200 questions in 135 minutes. Every RBI Assistant online test is free and scores the moment you submit.

Both online stages are sectionally timed, which is the habit worth building. Prelims gives 20 minutes to each of English, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability, and Mains times each of its five sections separately too. Neither paper lets you carry unused minutes forward. Prelims marks are used only to shortlist, so the merit list is decided by Mains. Selection then ends with a Language Proficiency Test. That is a spoken and written check on a regional language, not an objective paper, so it sits outside this RBI Assistant test series.

Mains

Official review pending

Confirmed via multiple independent current secondary sources: Mains is 200 objective questions for 200 marks in 135 minutes, across English Language (40Q/40 marks/30 min), Numerical Ability (40Q/40 marks/30 min), Reasoning Ability (40Q/40 marks/30 min), Computer Knowledge (40Q/40 marks/20 min), and General Awareness (40Q/40 marks/25 min), a uniform 1 mark per question across every section, unlike the differential-marks Mains patterns seen elsewhere in this cluster. This site's Mains content covers English Language, Numerical Ability, Reasoning Ability, and Computer Knowledge only (160 of the 200 objective questions); General Awareness is not built, since it needs current, fact-checked content rather than internally-verifiable calculation or language skill. A qualifying, non-objective Language Proficiency Test in the candidate's local language follows Mains for shortlisted candidates and is not part of the merit score.

Frequently asked questions

How many RBI Assistant mock tests are available here?

This page currently has 18 syllabus-checked tests for RBI Assistant: 4 full-length mocks, and 14 sectional tests.

Are these RBI Assistant tests based on the official pattern?

Yes. Each checked test's question count, marks, duration, and negative marking match the official pattern shown above, with its source and checked date linked.

How long does a RBI Assistant mock test take?

A full-length RBI Assistant mock here runs 60 to 110 minutes, matching the official working time for the paper it reproduces. The timer starts when you begin and the test submits itself when time runs out, so it is worth starting one only when you can sit it through. The shorter tests on this page run from 20 minutes, for when you do not have a full sitting free.

Do these RBI Assistant mock tests have negative marking?

Yes. Every RBI Assistant test here deducts 0.25 marks for a wrong answer and scores an unanswered question zero, the same as the official scheme it is checked against. Your result breaks out what the deduction cost you, so you can see whether guessing helped or hurt.

Should I start with a full-length RBI Assistant mock or a sectional test?

Start with a full-length mock if you have not sat the whole RBI Assistant paper under its official timer before: it is the only thing here that tells you whether you can finish in time. Move to the 14 sectional tests once the full mock has shown you which section is costing you marks, and use them to rebuild that one section rather than re-sitting the whole paper each time.

Are these RBI Assistant mock tests free?

Yes. All 18 RBI Assistant tests on this page are free to attempt, with no account and no paid tier holding back better questions.
