CSEET Paper 4: Business Laws and Management

CSEET exam pattern

CSEET Paper 4: Business Laws and Management

Official review pending

ICSI restructured CSEET with effect from the June 2026 session. It is now a centre-based offline examination of four papers of 100 marks each, one per day: Business Communication, Fundamentals of Accounting, Economic and Business Environment, and Business Laws and Management. TakeMockTest covers Paper 4 only. The first three papers are subjective, descriptive papers of three hours each and cannot be auto-graded, the same exclusion already applied to the descriptive stages of RBI Grade B Phase II and NABARD Grade A Phase II. Paper 4 is the one paper that remains objective: an OMR-based multiple-choice paper of 100 marks in two hours with no negative marking, split into Business Laws for 60 marks and Business Management for 40 marks. This mock mirrors that split with 60 and 40 questions respectively. The official material does not publish the number of questions in Paper 4, so 100 questions of one mark each is the natural reading of a 100-mark objective paper rather than a figure taken from the bulletin, and it is flagged here as such. The pattern is marked review-pending for that reason and because icsi.edu cannot be reached from the environment that maintains this catalogue, so the structure above rests on consistent secondary-source corroboration of the restructuring rather than a directly read syllabus document.
